EHDS priority categories in FHIR
Regulation (EU) 2025/327 sets six priority categories of personal electronic health data for primary use. This guide lists when each one applies, which HL7 Europe FHIR guide covers it, which profiles that guide defines and how the Xt-EHR logical model of the category maps onto them. Everything is read from the Regulation and from the published HL7 Europe and Xt-EHR packages.
